Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer acquisition through the creation of new accounts
- Effectively manage existing accounts and portfolio
- Grow liability and quality risk assets in line with budget
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Build a working referral marketing system
- Evaluate credit applications to determine the eligibility and acceptability rating
- Monitors loan accounts and ensure collection of all due repayments
Qualification / Skills
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any field
- 2-5 years of microfinance banking experience
- Evidence of completion/exemption from NYSC
- Sound Credit analysis and credit assessment skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient use of Microsoft office
- Problem solving skills
- Applicants must be resident in Lagos
