Job Description
We are currently looking for a Technical Sales and Marketing Executive. An individual who is responsible for promoting our products, generating lead and driving sales through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques by promoting and selling our products or services, creating and implementing marketing strategies and driving company growth and profitability. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding market reach for our products by developing marketing campaigns and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets. You will monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to evaluate effectiveness, marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with marketing team to create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements and online content to support sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
As a seasoned Technical Sales and Marketing Executive, you are required to identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy. Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers, responsible for ensuring the product line meets customer expectations, conduct market research, establish selling prices by forecasting and tracking market trends and prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing.

- Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries and qualify prospects through calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase sales conversions across various channels.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with business objectives.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, build relationships, and explore partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.
Requirement and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of software applications, or in a similar industry or market segment.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), is highly desirable.
- Customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, drive, and resilience in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales and marketing activities.
