About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in social media ads, Google Ads, and creative content development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns that attract, engage, and convert potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Develop compelling and engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads that align with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Optimize ad spend and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing messages.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting visual and written content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO best practices.
- Creative content development skills—ability to craft persuasive copy, engaging social media posts, and high-converting ad creatives.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital sales funnels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
