Job Purpose: Responsible for proactively identifying and nurturing new client relationships, deepening existing relationships and providing innovative wealth management solutions to the focus clientele
Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties & Responsibilities)
- Articulate and execute an end-to-end client engagement plan covering wealth management products and services, wealth preservation strategies etc. to enable clients to meet their financial goals whilst generating profits for the organisation.
- Acquisition of new clients to increase the teams’ market share of client.
- Provide clients with excellent personalized customer service consistent with their service needs and expectations.
- Provide professional investment advice using the best services and products available to ensure clients financial and non-financial goals are met.
- Creation of pitch documents, client relationship plans, relationship reviews, and financial plans.
- Develop and roll out innovative wealth management products and services focused on target clientele.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the organisation’s products and offerings, and promote said products and offerings amongst clients as appropriate.
- Coordinate delivery of customer transactions by following the request through and monitoring the quality of service delivery.
- Conduct continuous analysis of the competitive environment and identify/ monitor the product/service needs of the customer segment.
- Keep abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect various investment decisions/strategies.
