The Role

The company is seeking a dynamic and driven Team Lead who will grow into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a rare opportunity to join an established but evolving company at a pivotal stage. The right candidate will bring energy, vision, and execution ability —someone who can take ideas from paper to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of business activities and other strategic initiatives.
• Translate strategic ideas into practical, actionable projects and ensure execution.
• Build and nurture partnerships across agriculture, finance, and policy sectors.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in business operations.
• Provide leadership to a growing team, inspiring collaboration and accountability.
Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement long-term strategies that scale impact.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
A degree in agriculture is an added advantage.
