We’re looking for a results-oriented B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and connect with potential clients for our software development services. What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and discover businesses in the USA and EU that align with our ideal customer profile
- Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods
- Qualify leads by assessing their fit, needs, and interest in our services
- Set up meetings or discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain and manage outreach activity in CRM tools
- Meet monthly targets for lead quantity and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B lead generation (especially in tech or software services)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with global outreach and lead qualification processes is a plus
