Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Post job openings across relevant platforms and networks
- Proactively source candidates via social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Ensure smooth, timely communication with candidates throughout the process
- Administer assessments and manage feedback loops
- Support onboarding and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare recruitment reports
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs
- Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (CIPM)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage
- Strong understanding of ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and efficiently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦450,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
