Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and backups.
- Support hardware and software upgrades, patches, and updates.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular system backups and recovery tests.
- Provide technical support and training to staff. Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports.
Requirements:
