The Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient service delivery, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring fuel sales, and ensuring that all operational standards and company policies are adhered to

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the station manager, the station supervisor would be responsible for the smooth operation of the filling station.
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the stations.
- Responsible for effective customer service and relationship management.
- Manages the logistic officers.
- Ensures an effective storage system as well as managing minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure the station is profitably run.
- Manages the pump attendants for effective service delivery.
- Prepare and send daily reports.
- Carry out a price and competition survey as well as a product analysis. Interface and liaise with regulatory bodies. Such as NMDPRA, Pedan, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and HND in Business Administration or a similar course of study from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1-2 Years Relevant Cognate Experience as a Filling Station Supervisor. Must be Passionate, Hardworking, Honest, and result-oriented.
