We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in advertising or media sales, ideally someone who understands the market, already has a network of potential clients, and knows how to sell creative, tech-enabled advertising solutions.
Note: This is not a performance marketing or e-commerce sales role. It specifically involves selling digital screen advertising solutions.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage, and convert new business leads within the advertising and media industries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with marketing and advertising agencies.
- Leverage existing contacts and industry knowledge to generate leads and close deals.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client communication
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in digital sales, brand activation, media, or inverter product sales.
- Proven success in meeting revenue goals and growing sales channels.
- Strong skills in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering training.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to refine strategies based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and structured reporting.
