Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics, and stories) across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and encouraging discussions. Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Optimize ads for engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Track ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer to track success.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to maintain relevance. Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics and viral content.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and PR teams to align campaigns with overall business goals. Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to improve content performance.
- Knowledge of paid advertising, influencer marketing, and SEO for social media is a plus.
