Summary

• R & R Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager/PA to join our client’s team.
• This hybrid role combines managing a vibrant online presence with providing professional personal assistance support.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute winning social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create content calendars and oversee postings across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and building brand loyalty.
• Plan and manage ad campaigns for optimal ROI.
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and new features.

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Handle calls, emails, and draft correspondence.
• Assist with research, presentations, and project tracking.
• Support with personal errands (e.g., gift buying, household scheduling).
• Take minutes during meetings and prepare materials in advance.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and administrative support/PA role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with social media tools, scheduling apps, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and pay attention to detail.
• Creativity and a passion for digital trends.

Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
