We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own our social media presence from strategy to execution. You are a one-person content powerhouse. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our community, and turning followers into loyal advocates for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Ideate, create, and publish high-quality, original content daily, including short-form video (Reels/TikToks), stories, and written posts/captions.
- Community Management: Act as the voice of the brand by engaging with our audience, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering a positive and active community.
- Growth & Engagement: Implement tactics to grow our follower base, increase engagement rates, and drive website traffic and conversions.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to measure ROI and inform future strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely across departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and to promote campaigns, product/services launches, and company updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills.
- Content Skills: Proficiency in creating and editing content using tools like CapCut Pro (preferably) or InShot.
- Video First: A strong passion for and experience with creating engaging short-form video content is essential.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the best practices for major social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
