Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Advisor located on Lagos Mainland. The Insurance Sales Advisor will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends. The advisor will also manage client accounts, handle policy renewals, and follow up with clients for continuous service improvement.

- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
