Key Responsibilities
. Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
. Manage social media content calendars to ensure timely and relevant posts.
. Monitor accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to foster positive audience interactions.
. Track performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement and reach.
. Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency.
. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
. Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager.
. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and practices.
. Proficiency in management/monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch).
. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
. Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to convert data into insights.
. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
