Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Lagos, allowing some work from home flexibility. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends. Key tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market trends and sales reports
- Experience in financial markets, particularly in trading derivatives or brokerage services, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
- Leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring sales teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
