Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Electronics Retail, B2B sales, or Channel Distribution (Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics sector preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree required (BBA/MBA is a strong advantage)
- Open to Male & Female candidates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior hands-on experience in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
- Demonstrated ability in team supervision, motivation, and conflict resolution
- Strong pre- and post-sales customer engagement experience Open and willing to travel for business and branch-related activities
