Job Summary:
The Senior Real Estate Marketer is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to attract and convert high-value clients. The role demands a results-oriented professional with deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales record. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, close deals, and contribute to the company’s revenue goals through strategic client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement
Identify and develop new business opportunities and high-net-worth clients.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and closing negotiations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
Prepare customized proposals, sales offers, and client engagement plans.
Marketing & Strategy
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote real estate projects (online & offline).
Create compelling content and campaigns for listings, brochures, and social media.
Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and open house events.
Work with digital teams to generate leads via targeted advertising and SEO/SEM.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Monitor and update CRM systems with client interactions and deal status.
Collaborate with legal and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Mentor junior marketers and sales associates when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in real estate marketing or property sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
In-depth understanding of property markets, investment trends, and client needs.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and sales tools.
Goal-driven, persuasive, and highly professional in appearance and conduct.
Work Environment:
This role requires frequent movement between the office, client sites, and project locations. A hybrid option may be considered based on performance and company policy.
