We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Marketer to drive sales growth, build strategic relationships, and increase the company’s market presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, marketing real estate offerings, and developing strong client relationships to close property deals.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and investors.
- Participate in networking events, property exhibitions, and business forums to generate leads.
Marketing & Sales:
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote property listings across various platforms (digital, print, social media).
- Create and manage content for online platforms, including websites and social media pages.
- Coordinate property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Support clients throughout the buying, leasing, or selling process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating business leads.
- Strong knowledge of property trends, real estate market dynamics, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦480,000.00 - ₦540,000.00 per year
