Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Business Development Manager located in Lekki. The Real Estate Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the real estate sector. Daily tasks will include market research, networking with potential clients and partners, negotiating deals, creating business development strategies, and preparing reports. The role involves working closely with the management team to drive growth and expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Proven skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
