Job Summary
We are looking for competent and experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager. Ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, cost, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion
Coordinate site activities, contractors, and project teams
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in managing medium- to large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
PMP or relevant certifications (added advantage)
