Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive security measures to mitigate threats.
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for monitoring activities that could impact security, ensuring timely reporting and feedback dissemination.
- Keep abreast of emerging security trends and technologies and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with Facility Managers to determine security needs and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support Facility Managers in staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring of security operatives.
- Oversee emergency response coordination and ensure timely incident reporting.
- Supervise, recruit, and train security personnel, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Monitor security equipment, coordinate maintenance, and facilitate timely repairs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry security regulations.
- Generate and present comprehensive security reports for management review. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and/or management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
