Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform clear and engaging voiceovers for various company materials. Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality voiceovers.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
