Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our team. As our Secretary, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and will also contribute your voice talents to our projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, proficient in office software, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform clear and engaging voiceovers for various company materials.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality voiceovers.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
