Job Vacancy: Scriptwriter / Storytelling Manager

Role Overview
Travel and migration brand is looking for a creative, research-driven, and audience-focused Scriptwriter / Storytelling Manager to bring our brand’s voice to life through engaging scripts and compelling narratives. This role is for someone who can craft stories that not only inform but also inspire action, turning complex travel and migration information into relatable, impactful content.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scriptwriting for video, social media, podcasts, or ads, with the ability to capture audience attention from the first line to the last frame.
Key Responsibilities
- Script Development: Write 6–10 high-quality, compelling, and brand-aligned scripts per month for YouTube, social media, campaigns, and promotional videos.
- Storytelling Strategy: Create engaging narratives that resonate with our target audience, ensuring stories are clear, persuasive, and culturally relevant.
- Research & Content Accuracy: Conduct thorough research on travel, migration, and lifestyle topics to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, video production, and marketing teams to ensure scripts align with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Editing & Adaptation: Revise scripts based on feedback and adapt them for various platforms and audience types.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on storytelling techniques, social media trends, and industry developments to keep content fresh and competitive.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Produce 6–10 approved, ready-to-shoot scripts per month.
- Maintain 100% adherence to brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned scripts to meet production schedules.
- Achieve positive feedback from internal teams and audience engagement metrics on published content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in script writing and storytelling for video, social media, or advertising.
- Exceptional command of written English with strong grammar and editing skills.
- Strong research abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Creativity to turn ideas into engaging stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with travel, migration, and lifestyle topics is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio).
