Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Lagos with some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing information on insurance products and services, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, staying informed about industry trends, and working collaboratively with the sales team.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
