Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.Also help in recruiting and leading of marketers.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid real estate license in [State].
* Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
* Recruit and Build Sales/ Marketers team.
* Lead and manage the sales/ Marketers team
* Provide market analysis and pricing recommendations.
* Develop and maintain client relationships.
* Conduct property showings and open houses.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements.
* Stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
