Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Zaron Cosmetics products to both new and existing customers.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and beauty consultations to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure proper stock management, merchandising, and display of products.
- Represent the Zaron brand professionally at all times, both in-store and during promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare products.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must reside in Owerri or be willing to relocate.
