Position: Receptionist – Wellness Spa
Location: Adeniji Jones, Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦65,000 + Accommodation
Work Schedule: 9:00am – 9:00pm | 5 Days Weekly (2 Days Off)
Job Summary:
A leading wellness spa in Ikeja is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the spa’s overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
Manage client appointments, bookings, and confirmations.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information on spa services.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects a calm and welcoming environment.
Process client payments and maintain accurate records.
Support spa staff with administrative tasks as required.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in hospitality, spa, or wellness industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable, customer-oriented, and professional demeanor.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, booking software is an advantage).
