Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling products/services, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market awareness skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sales Strategy: Execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes, and successfully close sales deals.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Document all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and support long-term client retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
