We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth in the U.S. You will generate leads, close contracts, and manage client relationships while working closely with the owner and digital marketing team. No prior U.S. experience required – full training will be provided on company tools, New York State contracts, and subcontractor management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads using Apollo.io and other tools.
- Bid on contracts, prepare proposals, and price jobs efficiently via CleanlyRun (training provided).
- Manage subcontractors: monitor work quality, track progress, and handle contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance companies for specialized services.
- Contact leads, provide quotes, and handle customer requests professionally.
- Prepare and send invoices and contracts; follow up on payments.
- Track sales progress, follow up on proposals, and report to the owner.
- Attend virtual meetings with nonprofits and business organizations to represent the company.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to convert leads. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- College degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or service industries
- Fluent in clear English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with contracts, proposals, and closing sales
- Familiarity with AI tools for professional communication is a plus
- Own a computer capable of handling multiple programs
- Reliable Wi-Fi and headset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms.
- Customer relationship management (CRM). Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing processes

Compensation structure:
- Company: Archin Unity – U.S.-based Commercial Cleaning Company
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST (remote from Nigeria)
- Salary & Commission: $400/month base + 5% commission on closed contracts (high-earning potential for top performers)
- Paid Training: 10 business days at $150
