Location: Trade Fair Complex, Lagos

About the Role
We are seeking energetic and persuasive Sales Representatives to drive product sales and customer acquisition at the Trade Fair Complex. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in engaging with customers, and motivated by commissions and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell company products to walk-in and potential customers at the Trade Fair Complex.
- Approach and engage customers with confidence, providing detailed product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to encourage repeat business.
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Represent the company positively and maintain strong product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (SSCE with relevant experience may be considered).
- 1–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or open market sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, competitive market environment (Trade Fair).
- Resides within or close to Trade Fair/Amuwo Odofin/Ojo axis (added advantage).
