Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Recruiter. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing and hiring candidates for sales roles, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The Sales Recruiter will also be responsible for effectively communicating with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting AND sales required (3-5 years)
• Prior experience working US hours (PST, CST, EST) for a US-based company required
• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent English Communication skills required (verbal & written)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience using recruiting tools such as Sales Navigator and/or LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. required
Access to stable internet required

Hours and Compensation

This is a part-time role (4 hrs/day M-F). There may be a possibility of it becoming full-time down the line but not at this moment.

Starting salary is N150,000 monthly.
