Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective land buyers and investors.
- Actively promote and sell landed properties to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide professional guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (real estate/land sales experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. qualification.
