Job Summary
The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the park as a leading leisure and event destination. The role combines sales, marketing, and client relationship management with operational oversight of facilities, staff, and vendors. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with proven expertise in business development, event space marketing, and people management, capable of delivering both commercial success and exceptional guest experiences..
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Drive sales by developing and executing strategies to attract diverse clients and increase bookings.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, NGOs, and private groups.
- Lead marketing campaigns, digital presence, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and position the park as a preferred leisure and event destination.
- Cultivate partnerships with vendors, sponsors, and service providers to expand market reach and value offerings.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Design competitive pricing models and event packages to maximize profitability.
- Negotiate, close, and manage client deals while ensuring high service delivery standards.
- Explore and implement new revenue streams, including memberships, tours, cultural programs, and recreational activities.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare timely revenue and marketing reports for management.
3. Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily operations of the park to ensure a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment.
- Coordinate with facility, security, and vendor teams for seamless execution of events and services.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end event management—from bookings to on-ground delivery.
- Monitor facility usage, proactively resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
4. Leadership & Administration
- Lead and supervise park staff across operations, administration, and customer service functions.
- Train, motivate, and develop teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for park management and events.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, expenses, and financial transactions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, or event management (experience managing farms, resorts, recreational/event facilities is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and deliver results.

Pay: ₦600.00 - ₦800.00 per month
