Position: Sales Manager (Hotel)
Location: Ogudu GRA, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000
Job Summary:
A reputable hotel in Ogudu GRA seeks a result-driven Sales Manager with proven hotel industry experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, events, and individual bookings.
Manage client accounts and build long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel services and packages.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and promotional activities.
Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Customer-focused with strong knowledge of hospitality trends.
