Salary: N400,000-N600,000

Job Overview

Our client in the technology sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the data network infrastructure space. This includes structured cabling, wireless solutions, LAN/WAN setups, cloud networking, and enterprise connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the IT infrastructure domain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate technical network solutions to clients in a clear and compelling way.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are well-understood and met.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in IT or data network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies such as structured cabling, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience selling solutions in LAN, WAN, VoIP, or enterprise connectivity is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and explain technical products.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
