Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee a sales team. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to provide excellent customer service, conduct market research, and create sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Experience in Negotiation and Contract Management
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
