The Nigeria Counting Bee™ Initiative aims to help everyone feel comfortable and confident with numbers in everyday life. Created by U.S. Guinness World Record Holder Scott Flansburg, The Human Calculator®, it is an annual STEAM competition open to primary and secondary school mathletes from all public, private, and home schools across Nigeria. The fast-paced competition challenges contestants with a variety of skip-counting patterns, designed to promote mental math exercises, spark students' interest in number patterns, and raise awareness of numeracy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting various administrative tasks. The role also involves customer service, assisting with sales activities, and providing training as needed. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will help manage event logistics and provide support to ensure the efficient operation of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
