Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Abuja. Some work from home is acceptable. The Sales Executive will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies - Managing a portfolio of clients to achieve long-term success - Overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities - Collaborating with the marketing team to generate sales leads - Preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports to management

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Business Development
• Exceptional Negotiation and Persuasion skills
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and foster long-term partnerships
• Experience in Market Research and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Relevant sales experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
