What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new business opportunities across SMEs, legal services, and other tech-driven sectors.
- Build relationships, run product demos, and close deals.
- Manage your own pipeline and hit monthly revenue targets.
- Work with marketing to turn leads into paying clients. Keep accurate sales reports and share market feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, or digital services preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and presentation tools.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: ₦200k – ₦300k (probation period).
- Commission: 7%–12% per closed sale (higher % for exceeding targets).
