We are looking to build an administrative team for the management of a mixed-use development located in Ikeja, Lagos. The company is looking to fill an Administration Officer role with added document management functions. Interested applicants will be evaluated for their appropriateness for the role.

- Experience Length : 6 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the development.
- Organize, index, and maintain confidential records and documents.
- Ensure accurate document retrieval and data management processes.
- Coordinate communication and correspondence within the organization.
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, and administrative documentation. Support the management team in planning and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Conversant with Office Automation and Microsoft Applications.
- Experienced with Strong organizational skills.
- Meticulous Approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage data confidentially, indexing, and retrieval skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and unlearn.
- Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experiences would be part of the evaluation and would be advantageous.
- Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skill.
