Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads via website outreach, email campaigns, partnerships, and appropriate digital channels.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities—including online demos, presentations, and follow-ups—to convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align strategies, optimize funnels, and deliver effective messaging.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and update CRM platforms consistently.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance data to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communications, onboarding support, and post-sales follow-up. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience and have 9/10 months before POP.
- Should know how to speak Igbo.
