A fast-growing Tech/Fintech company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing budgets and forecasts, overseeing liquidity, delivering accurate financial reporting, and supporting real-time digital payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company’s overall financial operations.

Drive revenue growth through strategic financial planning.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Support and monitor real-time digital payments and wallet operations.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in finance management (including 3+ years in fintech/digital payments).

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial analysis tools.

Prior experience with wallets is required.

Exposure to fintech and/or crypto is a strong advantage.
