Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect home or investment property.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities in the real estate market
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, providing tailored property recommendations
Conduct property tours, negotiations, and follow-up with potential buyers
Stay updated on market trends and property values
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve client satisfaction

Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market, especially Lekki and surrounding areas
