About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with a solid track record in the Nigerian telecommunications industry to drive revenue growth through strategic enterprise sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients, offering tailored connectivity and telecom solutions that align with their operational goals.
This role demands a blend of strategic sales experience, telecom industry insight, and client engagement expertise to win key accounts and ensure service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
Proactively identify and onboard high-value enterprise clients within Abuja and the Northern region.
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Consistently meet and surpass assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client profiling, opportunity tracking, and needs analysis.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring strong and lasting business relationships.
Lead sales presentations, product demos, and proposal delivery to senior decision-makers.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and client account expansion strategies.
Handle post-sale client support in collaboration with the technical and service teams.
Technical Sales & Market Positioning
Demonstrate a deep understanding of internet, connectivity, and networking solutions (e.g., fiber, MPLS, VPN, VoIP, cloud, SD-WAN).
Stay updated on telecom trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the technical team to design and implement client-specific connectivity solutions.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain detailed client records and engagement logs via CRM tools.
Respond swiftly to client requests, complaints, and technical inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Postgraduate or professional certifications in Sales or Telecoms will be an added advantage.
Experience
3–5 years of proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales within the telecommunications sector.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value telecom deals and managing complex sales cycles.
Technical Competence
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and internet connectivity solutions.
Familiarity with Nigerian telecom regulatory standards and market practices.
Soft Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
Customer-centric approach with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
