*About the Role*
Our client in the fashion industry is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to drive sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and support brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in and online customers, managing sales transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*
Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Drive in-store and online sales by promoting products and upselling where necessary.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Respond to messages, calls, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to meet sales targets.
Keep track of daily sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Ensure the store/showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
*Requirements*
SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media selling.
Good problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Goal-driven, with a positive and customer-centric mindset.
