Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lekki. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. They will also be involved in market research, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills with a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in property sales in Lagos with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in identifying and nurturing new business opportunitues to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, industry partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary source for business related enquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A Bachelor's degree Proximity to Lekki-Epe axis is highly recommended.
