Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Associates based in Lagos. Sales Associates will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and reporting on sales activities. The role requires active engagement in promotional activities and collaborating with marketing and other teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Sales Skills
- Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
