Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a passionate sales associate to join our sales team.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Nigeria. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Some tasks may be performed from home as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Making sales calls.
- Maintaining clients records.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Reaching out to potential and existing customers on the phone, email, and in person.
- Handling customer’s inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- preparing daily report.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in any discipline
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
