Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn and grow. You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage inbound sales enquiries
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients after deals have been closed
- Source and qualify new sales leads independently
- Create and update proposals and proposal templates
- Support in the packaging and presentation of BCM inventory to prospective clients
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials including decks and case studies
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new media and inventory
- Participate in client calls and meetings as required
- Represent BCM at relevant industry events
Who You Are
- Enthusiastic about media, storytelling and sales
- Strong communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and CRM platforms
- Curious, coachable and eager to learn from feedback
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
